How Iatryx handles personal data collected through iatryx.com. This covers the website only — a deployed Iatryx system is governed by the data processing terms in the relevant customer agreement.

01What we collect
If you join the notification list, we collect the email address you give us, which page you submitted it from, the time of submission, and your browser user-agent string.
If you send us a message, we collect your name, your email address, and the content of that message.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking on this site, and we do not set cookies for those purposes.
02Why we collect it
The notification list exists to send you one email when we come out of stealth. We do not use it for anything else — no newsletter, no sequence, no product marketing.
Messages sent through the contact form are used to reply to you and, where relevant, to keep a record of the conversation.
The user-agent string and timestamp are kept so we can identify and remove automated submissions.
03Legal basis
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for the notification list, which you may withdraw at any time, and on our legitimate interest in responding to you for messages you send us.
05How long we keep it
Notification list entries are kept until we launch and send that email, or until you ask us to remove you — whichever comes first.
Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter they concern, and then deleted.
06Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing of it. You can also withdraw consent to the notification list at any time.
Write to info@iatryx.ai and we will action it. If you are in the UK or EU and you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
07Security
We keep what we collect to a minimum, and protect it with the controls appropriate to its sensitivity. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
